We're also having weird Persona problems.
Opened tickets with VMware, but they have not been able to resolve it yet. But we also couldn't provide them with all logs they asked for. They started asking for more and more logs, and it got to a point where we could not gather the requested logs without impacting end users. And this is strictly not an option in our environment.
Hope you have more luck with VMware support than we had. I understand that logs are important, but c'mon...
Also, we had (still have) similar entries in our logs like you have.
