That won't work. The Microsoft converter makes a mess out of them.
I'm trying to do it myself now using ADM Template Editor http://www.sysprosoft.com/adm_download.shtml
But it's been an adventure so far. Editor wasn't avaialbe for downoad (server error) had to find an alt source.
Trial was expired, had to build a new machine and register a new throw away email address.
And then I got hijacked.
VMware needs to stop publishing these as ADM files or at least publish them additionally as ADMX/ADML files. Most users using these are are going to have MS ADMX repositories.
