they say UDP is open to/from Intenet to DMZ, however I am running wireshark, with filter udp.port==4172 and not seeing any UDP packets even though I see the client sending them... I assume I should be able to see the UDP packets arriving that the client is sending. TCP is open because when I telnet to port 4172 I see the packets arrive at the security server. This is a lot like swimming through mud... thanks for your help.
