Thanks, that is exactly what I ended up doing - deployed two new composer servers for both vCenters, and configured the newly-upgraded DR environment to use them instead of the existing ones shared with Prod. I did not transfer or upgrade any composer database, just started fresh, and this seemed to be OK because the DR environment had no pools configured.
