Well, glad we figured out your initial problems.
So we don't support Jabber with Real-Time Audio-Video -
The reason is (as far as I understand) is that Jabber / Cisco have their own solution for managing video and audio in a virtualized environment. This is similar to the way MS Lync works, and this is where the video and audio is terminated in the client endpoint rather than in the guest. This eliminates the hairpinning effect of all the video and audio being redirected through the guest VM's in the datacenter.
To be honest - I don't know a huge amount about the Jabber solution, (ie how it works, what you need to do to configure it) but I think its something called VXME.
