There is a service for the View agent that would be running on the guest machine.   I would also verify DNS on both the desktop where the agent is installed and the connection brokers.    This will ensure that they can communicate properly.    I've also included a KB article on how to generate logs for the different components of the environment.   You could start by reviewing the agent logs to see if anything sticks out.
