can you confirm the teradici zero client software/firmware version?
it might be worth raising a ticket with teradici support too - to see if this is a known issue on their side.
If you can, then it would be interesting to try a vmware soft client in your environment with the device to see if that works. If it does work then it points the issue as being a teradici one - if it doesnt work then might be an issue with the vmware agent side usb components. in which case logs would be useful from both client and agent.
