I just ran into this same problem just recently. A few things that fixed my issue:
- Ensure you are using the VXMNET3 NIC (I had inadvertently installed the patch but not change the NIC type on this template
)
- Use QuickPrep rather than SysPrep if your machines do not require a unique SID (most apps don't these days and it's faster)
- You'll have to create a new pool to change this but you can move existing machines to a new pool.
- Ensure that your service account has the correct permissions within AD (there are six I believe).
