Re: Sound loss in View session

Hi,

 

We are using Leadtek Zero Client with 4.0.2 firmware.

OS client is Windows XP 64-bit and View Agent 5.1 is installed on that.

Our users are using Jabra Link 220 USB and we had a test, virtual machine playing music and there was no problem during a night.

But when they are working with our soft-phone, sound will disconnect randomly, they have to close/open the application and issue will resolve in some cases.

In other cases, the users have to close PCoIP session and reopen it and issue will be resolved for a moment.

I don't know, what's root cause and is that related to VMware components such as VMware Tools or View Agent?
