Re: Can't connect USB drive

Here is what I have:

An "old" PC desktop which I reimaged with Windows 8.1.  I have it setup so that it auto logs in as a local user and launches the Horizon View via command line (mentioned in previous post).  Prior to upgrading to Horizon View, we were able to insert a USB drive into the Desktop and access it from the virtual desktop.  The USB drive (fat32, 2GB) blinks as if it is being read but never appears in windows explorer.  I waited for over 1 minute.  We never experienced latency prior to the upgrade.  The previous version of view had, in the menu bar, a check box to allow connection to USB ports.  Horizon View does not have this menu item, therefore I believed I needed to add the USB option in the command.  I'm sure it is something silly I am not doing, but what is it?
