Is it possible to be running a newer version of Connection/Compose but an older version of the View Agent on the Guest machines. For example, running View Connection / Compose version 5.2 but running View Agent 5.0 on the guest machines OR running View Connection / Compose version 5.1.3 and running View Agent 5.0 on the guest machine.
New to Horizon View and just completed are environment, all applications test successful EXCEPT for one printer redirect software. The vendors response was that no matter what version of Connection/Compose you are running, you must run View Agent v. 5.0 on the guest machine.
