As Chlsmith stated, Unidesk is an outstanding solution with numerous advantages. I haven't run into a situation I would classify as a con for the software although you do need to keep in mind it's a mainly a persistent desktop solution, which means you need a desktop for every user.
Also, I've had some issues with users performing their own Windows updates. When they perform the update it gets written into their user profile and that seems to conflict with the parent image after I've updated it. That is really the only problem I've had with the new version and of course support was able to identify and correct the issue quickly.
