can access internet but network sharing center showing "no internet"

i have an automated floating pool, its parent is a x64 windows 7, with vmware tools, and view agent installed.

the pool was created successfully, when i use view client to connect to the pool the network sharing center shows a Yellow exclamation even though i am able to access the intranet and internet.

any ideas?
