Thanks for the article! I have reviewed it several times but it doesn't help me resolve the issue. Is there perhaps some deep level logging I can turn on to view what is happening with the VDI plugin? I am using snooper on both my local and VM Lync 2013 client, but I do not see anything indicating an issue. It is almost as though the plugin never is initiated.
I can tell by my research on the web a lot of people like myself are still having this issue. Any further advice?
