thanks for reply. I've already tried increasing video memory in both ways:

- increase in the masterimage (we set the video ram to 36MB)

i've tried with 64MB

- in the view pool settings, set "3D-Renderer" to "auto", "software" or "hardware" and click "configure" (right) and leave this value at 96MB

I've tried with "software" with 128 MB and "auto" with 128MB

But with no luck .. i've the same black screen and via https i get an immediately disconnection.
