Correct.. that's exactly what we saw... we had a cluster mixed with 5.0 and 5.1 hosts while upgrading and when creating the pool we had only those two options.

The Nutanix Custom ISO has a different build but every host is 5.1. Do you believe the different build numbers could still be causing an issue?

If you logon to the admin portal of the internal connection broker do you see the pool listed? That would verify whether you had some type of sync issue in the replica group.

Yes, it is listed. I've also run the PowerCLI command: get-pool and they are all listed on both connection servers.

I'm not sure then. The tags are the only thing I have seen that allows you to hide pools from certain brokers.
