Thanks for the info . Can you clarify if you can't pair in RDP or can't pair at all if Lync 2013 client is installed on the client PC?
With Lync 2013 Client installed I'm able to successfully do VDI audio/video ONLY over RDP. But when PCOIP I don't see the pairing icon at all (with Lync 2013 client installed or uninstalled). I have a support ticket with VMWARE on this with no luck so far (although we just determined that it only worked on RDP and PCOIP which is when I found this thread).
Side note: Agreed (regarding your #1 note in your above post), the certs that the whitepaper request seems to make no difference
