I assume you are asking about QoS information for PCoIP and the USB traffic. Please check the PCoIP network optimization guide for more info.

To answer some of your questions, "yes" PCoIP should be marked with AF41. The amount of BW that needs to be reserved depends on a variety of things, such as the amount of sessions and use cases (e.g. playing video or just basic MS office). Obviously if you are going to be using video playback, it uses up more bandwidth than just have a user open up MS word and type.
