I am not sure I can lower the login times any lower than 36 seconds. The default profile still has to be reproduced on login and group policies have to be applied. Taking out StubPaths cut login time from 44 seconds to 36 seconds. At this point I am out of ideas on how to make this any lower.
My test pool made from a master image that just has Win7 installed is still at 23 seconds, of course it is getting Group Policies applied to it. If anyone has ideas on how to lower this any further, I would love to hear them
