Hi Tony,
For simplification purposes, I will continue to only use the Windows 7 SP1 64-bit VM with Office 2013 64-bit installed.
The VM does indeed have "LyncTSProxy.dll" file installed.
Also, the Version of Horizon View I am using is 5.30. build-1042023
As for clarifying "RDP has the two computers in the bottom right-hand corner of Lync 2013 client when I login to my Windows 2008 R2 RDP server through the Horizon View Client.", I have a pool set up in View that allows me to access my Windows 2008 R2 RDP Server (working as a terminal service box). Since the only way it can be access in conjunction with the View client is with the RDP protocol, I thought I may be on to something. However, the VDP plugin never syncs, or provides an error in the RDP session. The icons I am referring to are the two computers that should have a green check mark when the VDI plugin syncs. I am getting the computer icons (which is progress) but they never sync.
Ironically, this only appears when I use my Windows 7 client for access. If I use my Windows 8 client, I get no VDI icons.
