Can you enable the following logs on the VM and client machine, attempt to pair up and attach them to this thread?
These logs need to be enabled via the registry on both the agent and the client
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Log] "VChanLogLevel"=dword:00000001

Virtual channel logs (PCoIP only)
The logs files are in the same folder as the View logs and are collected by DCT. The client log file is named “VChan-Client.log”. The agent log file is named “VChan-Server-Lync.log”
These logs are verbose and it’s best to disable them after running the test by deleting the registry value.
