The ESXi hosts load is about 50% of memory and 20% CPU. View Composer Server 80% load of memory and about 10-15% load CPU. Is the 80% of memory load on View Composer is normal?

I'm also seeing this behavior after the upgrade and usually happens when i have storage accelerator or the reclaim vm disk space disk option enabled for the pool.... do you have those enabled?
